✅ Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.
• Returns are accepted only for the following reasons:
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged product received
  • Manufacturing defect

❌ Returns Not Accepted If:

• Product is used, installed, or tampered with.
• Damage occurred due to improper handling or installation by unauthorized personnel.
• The return request is raised after 7 days of delivery.

💸 Refund Policy

✅ Full Refund

• If the product is returned as per eligibility criteria, a full refund will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.

🔄 Exchange Option

• If the customer prefers, we can also offer a replacement unit instead of a refund for eligible returns.

❗ Non-Refundable Items

• Installation or service charges (once completed)
• AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) fees once activated
• Any custom modifications or special-order products

🔧 Installation-related Returns

If a product is found defective at the time of installation by our authorized technician, we will:

• Replace the unit at no extra cost, or
• Offer a full refund if a suitable replacement is unavailable

• For Chennai and nearby areas, we offer free return pickup.
• For other regions, the customer may need to ship the item to our return address. (Shipping charges may apply depending on the situation.)
